It`s not very often you can see kitchen appliances shown in a dark environment. This Electrolux campaign is a beautiful example of dramatic images used to advertise the products.
Electrolux products were built in 3d using original CAD files and carefully textured to match the real product. I worked closely with the art-directors, photographer and retoucher to make sure the 3d elements blend seamlessly with backgrounds.
It`s interesting that the 3d lighting was established prior to the photo shoot and the photographer matched his lights and camera to the CGI shots.
